REFUND POLICY

PEEKE SOBER

At PEEKE SOBER, we are committed to delivering premium-quality mixers and shooters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of beverage products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product seal was broken upon delivery or is defective or leaking

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles or cans

  • Partially consumed products

  • Change-of-mind purchases or Incorrect orders placed by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: support@peekesober.com

  2. Include your Order ID and Attach clear images of the product and packaging

  3. Briefly describe the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • In case of prepaid orders, refund will reflect as per your bank’s timeline

  • In case of COD, refund will be processed via bank transfer

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, customers may choose:

  • A full refund

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
