Blush Botanical Spritz

🍸 Ingredients

  • 45ml Gin

  • 100ml Peekesober Kokum Elderflower Premium Mixer

  • 60ml Sparkling wine (Prosecco style)

  • 30ml Soda water (optional for lighter finish)

  • Ice cubes, Garnish: Edible flower & orange.

🥄 Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

  2. Add gin to the glass.

  3. Pour in Peekesober Kokum Elderflower Premium Mixer.

  4. Top with sparkling wine, Add a splash of soda water if a lighter spritz style is desired.

  5. Stir gently to combine while maintaining bubbles.

  6. Garnish with an edible flower and orange twist.

  7. Serve immediately.
