🍸 Ingredients
45ml Gin
100ml Peekesober Kokum Elderflower Premium Mixer
60ml Sparkling wine (Prosecco style)
30ml Soda water (optional for lighter finish)
Ice cubes, Garnish: Edible flower & orange.
🥄 Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Add gin to the glass.
Pour in Peekesober Kokum Elderflower Premium Mixer.
Top with sparkling wine, Add a splash of soda water if a lighter spritz style is desired.
Stir gently to combine while maintaining bubbles.
Garnish with an edible flower and orange twist.
Serve immediately.
