Lychee Blossom Martini

🍸 Ingredients

• 60ml Vodka (or Gin for a botanical twist)

• 15ml Fresh lime juice

• 100ml Peekesober Lychee Licious Premium Mixer

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: Fresh lychee & lavender sprig

🥄 Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add vodka & fresh lime juice.

3. Pour in Peekesober Lychee Licious Premium Mixer & Shake well until chilled.

4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with a peeled lychee and a small lavender sprig.

6. Serve immediately.
